By accessing or using DriveMe, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

DriveMe is a platform that connects drivers, garages, organizers and automotive enthusiasts. Features may evolve over time and we may add, modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute it solely to operate, promote and improve the Service.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right
• Upload malicious code, spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service to harass, abuse or harm others

All trademarks, logos, software, designs and content provided by DriveMe are owned by DriveMe or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for those services. Your use of them is governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies.

AS-IS. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveMe and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DriveMe, its officers, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
