Delete your DriveMe account
Use this page to request deletion of your DriveMe account and associated data. If we can match your account, we may send a verification email before processing the request.
How the process works
- Submit your request
- We verify account ownership if needed
- We review and process the deletion request
- We send a confirmation email once the request is completed
What will be deleted
- Account profile information
- Username, display name, and profile details
- Garage vehicles and related profile content
- Posts, comments, and media stored by DriveMe
- Saved items, follows, and discovery preferences
- Organizer-related account data where applicable
What may be retained temporarily
- Limited security, fraud-prevention, and audit records
- Records required for legal or regulatory compliance
- Backup copies for a limited retention window
Some limited records may be retained for security, fraud-prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery purposes. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before permanent removal.
Processing time
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 7 business days. If we need more information to verify account ownership, processing may take longer.
