    Delete your DriveMe account

    Use this page to request deletion of your DriveMe account and associated data. If we can match your account, we may send a verification email before processing the request.

    How the process works

    1. Submit your request
    2. We verify account ownership if needed
    3. We review and process the deletion request
    4. We send a confirmation email once the request is completed

    What will be deleted

    • Account profile information
    • Username, display name, and profile details
    • Garage vehicles and related profile content
    • Posts, comments, and media stored by DriveMe
    • Saved items, follows, and discovery preferences
    • Organizer-related account data where applicable

    What may be retained temporarily

    • Limited security, fraud-prevention, and audit records
    • Records required for legal or regulatory compliance
    • Backup copies for a limited retention window

    Some limited records may be retained for security, fraud-prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery purposes. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before permanent removal.

    Processing time

    We aim to process valid deletion requests within 7 business days. If we need more information to verify account ownership, processing may take longer.
